起升機構是天車係統中最重要也是控製最複雜的部分,其可以隻包含主起升(MHD),也可以是主副起升(MHD、SHD)雙(shuang)起(qi)升(sheng)配(pei)置(zhi)。起(qi)升(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)是(shi)位(wei)能(neng)負(fu)載(zai),其(qi)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)重(zhong)物(wu)由(you)下(xia)至(zhi)上(shang)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi),電(dian)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)在(zai)電(dian)動(dong)狀(zhuang)態(tai),吊(diao)裝(zhuang)重(zhong)物(wu)下(xia)降(jiang)時(shi)電(dian)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)在(zai)再(zai)生(sheng)發(fa)電(dian)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。其(qi)對(dui)變(bian)頻(pin)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)要(yao)求(qiu)啟(qi)動(dong)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)大(da)、零速滿轉矩,抓吊重物離開或接觸地麵瞬間的負載劇烈變化能平滑控製;在起升、下放和保持的過程中確保重物平穩不下落(溜鉤)。係統所配的變頻器具有高啟動轉矩、零速滿轉矩、四相限運行、快速的轉矩上升時間和機械製動器順序控製等功能,全方位滿足起升機構的工藝要求。係統除了變頻器本身的保護功能外,還具有超速、超載、鋼絲繩空、極限位保護多重保護。

轉矩監視功能用於監測電機轉矩,檢查電機在加減速時是否能夠跟隨速度給定,在正常運行和加減速期間是否產生過度的速度偏差。
