二、鑽機的構造
     ZFJ-1500型鑽機是正反循環鑽機，由YD多級變速電機
，減速機，正、反循環泥漿泵、閥門、液壓油泵

、油缸、主卷揚、副卷揚、配電箱、鑽架
、鑽杆、鑽頭組成。
1.電動機.主動力電機為YD多級變速電機
，其餘為Y係列普通電機。
2.減速機為四軸三級正齒輪減速，可用齒輪變換變速

，分四種轉速。

三、工作原理
 1.鑽機的油壓係統均由油泵將壓力油泵通過管道經多路閥控製，根據需要在送達各執行機構，使它完成各項動作。
 2.減速機將動力經變速傳至輸出軸

，帶動鑽杆和鑽頭進行回旋運動，完成正轉（順時針方向）進行切削工作，（反轉做卸鑽杆時用）正常鑽孔中禁止反轉。（反轉會引起掉鑽杆，鑽頭事故）
3.正、反循環的操作：
 3.1在施工中如遇到地層或洗井原因需要更換鑽孔工法時，其操作步驟是

，以正循環為例，操作液壓手柄，關閉大泥漿泵上的壓閥
，啟動3PNL小泥漿泵
，水經管道經大泵
、鑽杆、進入鑽尖底部，使孔中的切削泥渣被水流托起順井管流到沉澱池。經沉澱水又進入3PNL泥漿泵，形成循環。
反循環工法
，主機旋轉，關閉大泵閥門，啟動3PNL漿泵，給大漿泵灌泵，使空氣排空，啟動大漿泵同時開啟閥門

，關閉3PNL漿泵，大泵出水正常就可正常工作。（如果鑽杆中的空氣未排空，或有地方漏氣
，將影響大泵出水）。正反循環可隨時互換。同時反循環可做正循環鑽孔完成清孔（清除沉澱）工作。
3.2鑽機的下籠及灌灰

、鑽機的安全操作規程
1.本機操作人員，必須經過培訓，應熟練掌握操作機構和熟悉安全操作規程方能上機操作。嚴禁酒後上機操作。

五、鑽機的使用與保養
1.經常檢查主機的卷揚油位，發現缺油應及時添加，定期更換主機機油

，向卷揚機

，泵內注油。
2.接場地電源時要注意相差，大泵不可反轉。
3.工作中，應隨時監視電器儀表
，傾聽各各運轉部件響聲，如突發異常聲音，應停機檢查，不可讓設備帶病作業，緊固件不可鬆動。
4.液壓手柄操作時
，應先慢後快（視場地情況定）如操作過快會損壞設備和發生危險
5.鑽進速度根據地層變化而變化，視反循環泵的出水狀況（出水流量大，可快進，水量小要慢進或停進）。同時要控製泥漿比重，在額定電流範圍內
，慢慢鑽進。
6.經常檢查油管及接頭是否漏油，油箱缺油
，如缺油油缸有爬行現象。
7.鑽機長時間停用，應將所有油缸收回，或用防鏽油包好
，防止生鏽和損壞。
8.鑽機累計進尺達五千米時
，應進行保養維修。

1.配電箱是ZFJ-1500鑽機的配套設備

，它適用於額定電壓380V,頻率80HZ,三相交流供電電網。
2.使用條件
A.空氣溫度不大於85%
B.海拔高度不超過1000米
C.網絡電壓波動不大於-5%--+5%
3.箱體采用戶外式結構，進出線均設在箱體底部。
  場地電源接好後，合上漏保開關，控製按鈕即可正常工作（確認電機旋轉方向後）。
