防脫軌裝置安裝方案
本裝置適用於起重機大車運行機構及雙梁小車運行機構,適用車輪分別為LD輪lun結jie構gou和he角jiao形xing軸zhou承cheng箱xiang車che輪lun結jie構gou。本ben裝zhuang置zhi加jia裝zhuang在zai運yun行xing端duan梁liang前qian端duan,依yi靠kao運yun行xing軌gui道dao兩liang側ce的de水shui平ping輪lun,在zai大da車che車che輪lun摩mo擦ca軌gui道dao之zhi前qian,先xian行xing以yi滾gun動dong方fang式shi與yu軌gui道dao接jie觸chu,來lai抵di消xiao大da車che運yun行xing部bu分fen水shui平ping側ce向xiang力li,防fang止zhi啃ken軌gui、脫軌;同時兩隻水平輪安裝位置低於軌道平麵及車輪輪沿,這也相當於Z大限度地加高了車輪輪沿的高度。防止因為原車輪輪沿太淺而造成的起重機脫軌事故。1、安裝本裝置前Z好先確認一下該台起重機是否存在嚴重的走斜啃軌現象,如果存在,建議先將車輪水平偏斜調整一下,使之不再啃軌或是減輕啃軌程度(此步驟如不進行,將會加速防脫軌裝置水平輪的磨損和更換頻率)。然後將起重機大車端梁車輪**線調整至與軌道跨度**線重合位置,準備安裝。
