製動器刹車不靈、製動力矩小,起升結構發生溜鉤現象;在運行機構中發生溜車現象。其原因分析及其解決方法敘述於後:
(1)製動輪表麵有油汙,摩擦係數減小導致製動力矩減小故刹不住車。可用煤油或者汽油將表麵油汙清洗幹淨即可解決。
(2)製動瓦襯磨損嚴重、鉚釘**,製動時鉚釘與製動表麵相接觸。不但降低製動力矩刹不住車而且又拉傷製動輪表麵。危害較大。更換製動瓦襯即可。
(3)主彈簧調整不當、張力小而導致製動力矩減小、刹不住車而產生溜車或溜鉤現象。重新調整製動器使其主彈簧張力增大。
(4)主彈簧疲勞,材料老化或產生裂紋、無彈力、張力顯著減小而刹不住車。應更換新彈簧並調整之。龍門式起重機

(6)電磁鐵衝程調整不當或長行程製動電磁鐵水平杆下麵有支承物,導致刹不住車。通常重新調整磁鐵衝程或去掉支承物即可解決。
(7)液壓推動器的輪葉轉動不靈活,導致刹車力矩減小。調整葉輪消除卡塞阻力,使葉輪轉動滑塊即可解決。
