在(zai)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)定(ding)期(qi)檢(jian)驗(yan)和(he)驗(yan)收(shou)檢(jian)驗(yan)時(shi),必(bi)須(xu)測(ce)量(liang)在(zai)額(e)定(ding)載(zai)荷(he)時(shi)主(zhu)梁(liang)下(xia)撓(nao)值(zhi)和(he)靜(jing)載(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)主(zhu)梁(liang)的(de)永(yong)久(jiu)變(bian)形(xing)。通(tong)常(chang)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)測(ce)量(liang)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)用(yong)水(shui)準(zhun)儀(yi)或(huo)經(jing)緯(wei)儀(yi)或(huo)測(ce)拱(gong)儀(yi)對(dui)準(zhun)主(zhu)梁(liang)跨(kua)中(zhong)的(de)所(suo)貼(tie)標(biao)尺(chi),測(ce)量(liang)吊(diao)載(zai)前(qian)後(hou)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)差(cha)值(zhi),從(cong)而(er)計(ji)算(suan)出(chu)下(xia)撓(nao)值(zhi)。
但是,用水準儀測量時會受到場地的限製,多數情況下水準儀無法架設;用yong經jing緯wei儀yi測ce量liang時shi會hui產chan生sheng目mu測ce誤wu差cha和he現xian場chang光guang線xian不bu好hao的de影ying響xiang。特te別bie是shi在zai開kai始shi起qi吊diao時shi候hou,大da車che有you時shi會hui因yin起qi吊diao的de重zhong物wu四si周zhou不bu是shi同tong時shi離li開kai地di麵mian而er有you水shui平ping移yi動dong,使shi測ce量liang失shi敗bai;而每次貼標尺、取標尺等工作量較大,勞動強度也很大。遇到電動單梁起重機,貼標尺、取標尺更難,還有一定的危險性。用測拱儀測量則相當繁瑣而且準確度不高。針對以上情況,可采用瑞士Leca GeosystemsAG公司的DISTOTM classic5a手持式激光測距儀(測量精度為±1.5mm)來測量下撓值。
具體方法是:
shiyongshuizhunyihuojingweiyidesanjiaojia,liyongjiguangcejuyishangzidaideshuipingqipaotiaozhengsanjiaojia,tiaozhengsanjiaojiashangbudeanzhuangpingmianjibenshuiping。bajiguangcejuyichuizhixiangshangfangzaisanjiaojiashangbudeanzhuangpingmianshang,duizhunzhuliangkuazhongxiapingmianrenyiyidian,cechudiaozaiqianhouzhuliangxiapingmianjujiguangcejuyidejulichazhi,jishixianaozhi。yongzhezhongfangfaceliang,xiangdangzhunque,zhongfuxinghao;而且方便、快速,大大減輕了勞動強度。這種測量方法目前在國內用者甚少,是目前較先進的下撓值測量方法。
在zai大da車che起qi吊diao時shi,很hen小xiao一yi點dian的de水shui平ping移yi動dong,對dui測ce量liang的de結jie果guo影ying響xiang都dou很hen大da。另ling外wai,即ji使shi激ji光guang測ce距ju儀yi在zai三san腳jiao架jia上shang部bu的de安an裝zhuang平ping麵mian上shang垂chui直zhi度du有you一yi定ding誤wu差cha,但dan由you於yu這zhe個ge垂chui直zhi偏pian斜xie角jiao很hen小xiao,垂chui直zhi方fang向xiang上shang長chang度du變bian化hua量liang的de誤wu差cha幾ji乎hu為wei0,可以不計。所以測量很準確。而且,偶然因大車起吊時的一點水平移動對測量的結果影響也很小。
