二、最新技術
我公司自從上世紀九十年代中期開始設計大型造船用龍門起重機以來,經曆了仿製、改進和自主研發三個階段。從造船門起重機的技術發展來看,主要體現的三個方麵。
(1)總體結構
在我們開展設計的前期,一般采用雙梁結構為主,如南通中遠川崎的300t×116m門式起重機和渤海船廠480t×122m門men式shi起qi重zhong機ji。隨sui著zhe起qi重zhong機ji跨kua度du的de增zeng加jia,雙shuang梁liang門men式shi起qi重zhong機ji主zhu梁liang側ce向xiang剛gang度du的de問wen題ti就jiu越yue來lai越yue突tu出chu,引yin起qi上shang小xiao車che跑pao偏pian。所suo以yi大da跨kua度du的de造zao船chuan門men式shi起qi重zhong機ji一yi般ban采cai用yong單dan梁liang的de結jie構gou型xing式shi。
從2004年nian起qi,我wo們men在zai造zao船chuan用yong雙shuang梁liang門men式shi起qi重zhong機ji上shang小xiao車che的de車che架jia結jie構gou上shang地di行xing了le改gai進jin,采cai用yong類lei似si門men架jia結jie構gou的de剛gang柔rou腿tui形xing式shi,用yong一yi剛gang一yi柔rou的de車che架jia結jie構gou解jie決jue了le上shang小xiao車che跑pao偏pian的de問wen題ti,並bing獲huo得de了le專zhuan利li。
目前大型造船門式起重機的總體結構基本上采用雙梁和單梁兩種形式,雙梁的跨度目前達到了208米,單梁的跨度更是達到了239米。這兩種形式各有優缺點:雙梁維修方便,三鉤高度一致,主梁結構簡單,製造方便,但自重相對較重;單梁自重較輕,但下小車維修困難。兩種形式的造船門式起重機,一般根據用戶的要求進行設計。
(2)機構形式

(3)電氣控製
大型造船門式起重機的電氣控製係統,對各機構的速度控製、安an全quan保bao護hu一yi般ban要yao求qiu都dou較jiao高gao。最zui初chu一yi般ban采cai用yong直zhi流liu調tiao速su係xi統tong,而er隨sui著zhe變bian頻pin控kong製zhi技ji術shu的de日ri趨qu完wan善shan,目mu前qian大da都dou采cai用yong交jiao流liu變bian頻pin控kong製zhi係xi統tong,降jiang低di了le投tou資zi成cheng本ben,提ti高gao了le控kong製zhi的de可ke靠kao性xing,方fang便bian了le日ri常chang的de維wei修xiu保bao養yang。
大型造船門式起重機對上下小車的起升、行走,大車剛性腿側和柔性腿側的行走機構、以及兩機聯吊時的的同步要求一般較高。目前在起升結構的同步上,采用絕對值編碼器進行檢測和控製,行走機構(包括上下小車和大車的剛柔性腿)shang,caiyongjiazhuangzaijiancelunshangdejueduizhibianmaqijinxingxingzoujulidejiancedekongzhi,duiyudachexingzoujigou,zengjiadimianganyingkaiguanduibianmaqikenengchuxiandewuchajinxingxiaozheng,tongshizairouxingjiaochuanzhuangchaochaxianweikaiguan,yifangzhichuxiandejiduanqingkuang。daxingzaochuanmenshiqizhongjidezhuangjirongliangjiaoda,dadouzai2~4千千瓦左右,所以對於節能的要求也是設計需要考慮的因素之一。目前的節能設計一般采用AFE(IGPT)公共直流母線,能量再生反饋的傳動係統,在實際運行中可以節省大量的能源(大約可節省20~50%)。
大(da)型(xing)造(zao)船(chuan)門(men)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)安(an)全(quan)保(bao)護(hu),較(jiao)一(yi)般(ban)的(de)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)顯(xian)得(de)更(geng)為(wei)突(tu)出(chu)。除(chu)常(chang)規(gui)的(de)安(an)全(quan)保(bao)護(hu)功(gong)能(neng)外(wai),在(zai)這(zhe)種(zhong)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)上(shang)我(wo)們(men)還(hai)加(jia)裝(zhuang)了(le)工(gong)業(ye)視(shi)頻(pin)係(xi)統(tong)、激光防撞係統、起重機管理係統等。
