吊(diao)鉤(gou)起(qi)連(lian)接(jie)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)和(he)重(zhong)物(wu)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),必(bi)須(xu)重(zhong)視(shi)它(ta)的(de)維(wei)護(hu)保(bao)養(yang)工(gong)作(zuo)。為(wei)此(ci),凡(fan)吊(diao)鉤(gou)的(de)起(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)度(du)限(xian)位(wei)器(qi)或(huo)吊(diao)鉤(gou)閉(bi)鎖(suo)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)失(shi)靈(ling)或(huo)損(sun)壞(huai)時(shi),絕(jue)對(dui)不(bu)許(xu)再(zai)用(yong);至於無證上崗,應當追究領導責任。
吊鉤可根據其形狀的不同,分為單鉤和雙鉤兩種;又可根據其製造工藝的不同,分為片鉤、鍛duan造zao鉤gou鑄zhu造zao鉤gou三san種zhong。目mu前qian,常chang見jian吊diao鉤gou為wei鍛duan造zao單dan鉤gou,鑄zhu造zao的de鉤gou在zai起qi重zhong機ji上shang不bu允yun許xu使shi用yong吊diao鉤gou廣guang泛fan采cai用yong低di碳tan鋼gang和he碳tan合he金jin鋼gang製zhi造zao,以yi解jie決jue耐nai和he產chan生sheng裂lie紋wen的de問wen題ti。
為(wei)了(le)確(que)保(bao)安(an)全(quan),要(yao)經(jing)對(dui)吊(diao)鉤(gou)進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)驗(yan),檢(jian)驗(yan)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)方(fang)法(fa)一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)目(mu)測(ce),即(ji)用(yong)放(fang)大(da)鏡(jing)仔(zai)細(xi)觀(guan)察(cha)。必(bi)要(yao)時(shi),可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)著(zhe)色(se)法(fa),或(huo)者(zhe)進(jin)行(xing)探(tan)傷(shang)。危(wei)險(xian)斷(duan)麵(mian)的(de)磨(mo)損(sun)量(liang)可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)卡(ka)尺(chi)或(huo)用(yong)卡(ka)鉗(qian)測(ce)量(liang);開口度的檢驗為,將卡尺測得的尺寸與原尺寸或標準鉤的開口度進行比較即可。這裏介紹一個簡單、適用的方法:zaigangqiyongxinqizhongjidiaogoushi,zaigoushenkaikoudeliangcegechongchuyigexiaokong,cechuliangkongdejulibingjiangqijiluzaian。yongyiyurihoudiaogoubianxinghoudechicunjinxingbijiaoduizhao,laipanduankaikoudubianhuadedaxiao。niuzhuanbianxingkeyimuce,yekeyonggangchidecebianquceliang,yaoqiujingqueshikeyizaipingtaishangyonghuaxianchilaijiance。di⑤、⑥、⑦項皆可以目測或用卡尺檢測。
筆者從多年的汽車起重機的維修監檢工作中發現:汽車起重機在運行中吊鉤的磨損非常厲害(這種磨損是指汽車起重機為完成各種裝卸任務,從車庫到作業場地或在各作業場地之間轉移過程中的磨損)。其中以5t、7t、8t、10t汽qi車che起qi重zhong機ji的de吊diao鉤gou磨mo損sun比bi較jiao嚴yan重zhong,因yin為wei這zhe些xie噸dun位wei的de汽qi車che起qi重zhong機ji在zai運yun行xing中zhong駕jia駛shi員yuan總zong是shi把ba吊diao鉤gou用yong鋼gang絲si繩sheng鎖suo掛gua在zai駕jia駛shi室shi的de前qian麵mian,鎖suo掛gua鋼gang絲si繩sheng的de兩liang端duan分fen別bie掛gua在zai起qi重zhong機ji的de底di盤pan前qian保bao險xian杠gang上shang的de兩liang個ge前qian牽qian引yin鉤gou中zhong。
由you於yu起qi重zhong機ji轉zhuan移yi時shi,特te刊kan是shi在zai作zuo業ye場chang地di路lu麵mian不bu良liang內nei條tiao件jian下xia運yun行xing時shi,會hui使shi鋼gang絲si繩sheng與yu吊diao鉤gou之zhi間jian產chan生sheng較jiao多duo的de目mu對dui摩mo擦ca,從cong而er造zao成cheng吊diao鉤gou與yu鋼gang絲si繩sheng彼bi此ci的de磨mo損sun。由you於yu鋼gang絲si繩sheng的de兩liang端duan掛gua在zai兩liang邊bian的de牽qian yingoushang,shigangsishengxiangyigenhuqindexian,jiangdiaogoudechuizhiweixianduanmianchumosundehenlihai。zailumianzhuangkuangeliedeqingkuangxia,rudianlibumendeqicheqizhongjizaiyewaizuoyeshiqidiaogoumosunyouweiyanzhong,youdejigeyuejiuyaohuanyigensuoguadiaogoudegangsisheng。diaogoudezhezhongmosunshufeigongzuodemosun,jianqing、防止這種磨損的3種方法如下:
(1)在單根鋼絲繩上套裝鋼管
取一段長400mm、直徑25.4mm的鋼管,彎成如圖2所suo示shi的de形xing狀zhuang,將jiang其qi套tao在zai鋼gang絲si繩sheng上shang即ji可ke。在zai汽qi車che起qi重zhong機ji運yun行xing中zhong,由you於yu鋼gang絲si繩sheng與yu吊diao鉤gou表biao麵mian不bu直zhi接jie接jie觸chu,故gu套tao管guan起qi到dao了le保bao護hu吊diao鉤gou的de作zuo用yong。套tao管guan也ye可ke以yi采cai用yong其qi他ta的de材cai料liao,如ru厚hou橡xiang膠jiao管guan、帶鋼絲網的高壓軟管等。
(2)將鎖掛吊鉤鋼絲繩增至3根
取長4.2m左右的鋼絲繩一根,兩端用繩卡緊固住。這樣就使鋼絲繩與吊鉤的接觸由1根變為3根,增加了鋼絲繩與吊鉤的接觸麵積,減輕了其彼此間的摩擦、磨損,解決了1根鋼絲繩容易切入吊鉤表麵的問題,延長了吊鉤和索具的壽命,也延長了鎖緊吊鉤鋼絲繩的壽命。
(3)用其他材料代替鋼絲繩
如用海洋輪船上用的尼龍繩或尼龍吊裝帶代替鋼絲繩,其效果也很好。另外,建議所用的鎖掛吊鉤鋼絲繩長度L取1.35-1.45m。我們經多次試驗知,若鋼絲繩太長則吊鉤掛得高,對駕駛員的視野有影響;若ruo鋼gang絲si繩sheng太tai短duan,則ze掛gua鉤gou時shi不bu方fang便bian,容rong易yi使shi掛gua鉤gou人ren的de腰yao及ji手shou腕wan扭niu傷shang。一yi般ban來lai說shuo,駕jia駛shi員yuan身shen材cai高gao的de取qu大da一yi些xie的de值zhi,反fan之zhi,取qu小xiao一yi些xie的de值zhi。如ru此ci作zuo業ye方fang便bian,並bing可ke兼jian顧gu駕jia駛shi員yuan的de視shi野ye需xu要yao。
