履帶起重機常采用先導控製液壓係統,操作舒適,微動性好。該係統對可能出現的主、副起升卷揚超載或桁架臂變幅過仰等危險工況,均采用了先導控製油路安全卸荷的方式加以防範,原理即通過力矩限製器、超載卸荷電磁閥和邏輯閥或限位開關、過仰卸荷電磁閥和邏輯閥的聯合作用,確保實現發生過載或過仰誤操作時能夠可靠地做到安全卸荷,杜絕發生事故。

檢jian查zha完wan電dian路lu後hou再zai檢jian查zha液ye路lu,首shou先xian排pai查zha布bu管guan,沒mei有you出chu現xian錯cuo誤wu,最zui後hou將jiang注zhu意yi力li集ji中zhong到dao了le邏luo輯ji閥fa上shang,懷huai疑yi邏luo輯ji閥fa內nei單dan向xiang閥fa的de彈dan簧huang較jiao硬ying或huo閥fa內nei的de通tong徑jing較jiao小xiao,使shi卸xie荷he油you路lu背bei壓ya較jiao大da,導dao致zhi卸xie荷he油you路lu不bu暢chang通tong,卸xie荷he困kun難nan。於yu是shi在zai報bao警jing的de狀zhuang態tai下xia測ce量liang動dong作zuo對dui應ying的dean或bn口的壓力,發現壓力為1MPa左右,而主閥隻需要約0.6MPa的先導壓力即可開啟,證明了懷疑正確,正是由於邏輯閥內的背壓較大,才造成了卸荷困難。
出chu邏luo輯ji閥fa存cun在zai的de問wen題ti後hou考kao慮lv,如ru果guo對dui該gai閥fa進jin行xing重zhong新xin設she計ji,不bu僅jin周zhou期qi長chang,而er且qie產chan品pin的de成cheng本ben將jiang大da大da提ti高gao,為wei縮suo短duan產chan品pin的de開kai發fa時shi間jian和he節jie約yue成cheng本ben,最zui終zhong決jue定ding采cai用yong“節外生枝”的辦法解決此問題。即不改變邏輯閥的結構,在該閥的6個控製油口上分別再裝上三通接頭,然後引出6條(tiao)管(guan)路(lu)並(bing)分(fen)別(bie)連(lian)接(jie)兩(liang)組(zu)三(san)聯(lian)單(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa),再(zai)使(shi)通(tong)過(guo)三(san)聯(lian)單(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa)後(hou)的(de)兩(liang)條(tiao)管(guan)路(lu)分(fen)別(bie)連(lian)接(jie)到(dao)兩(liang)個(ge)卸(xie)荷(he)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)上(shang),這(zhe)兩(liang)個(ge)卸(xie)荷(he)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)與(yu)邏(luo)輯(ji)閥(fa)上(shang)的(de)卸(xie)荷(he)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)即(ji)超(chao)載(zai)卸(xie)荷(he)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)和(he)過(guo)仰(yang)卸(xie)荷(he)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)具(ju)有(you)相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)功(gong)能(neng)。而(er)且(qie),這(zhe)兩(liang)個(ge)卸(xie)荷(he)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)與(yu)邏(luo)輯(ji)閥(fa)上(shang)的(de)兩(liang)個(ge)卸(xie)荷(he)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)在(zai)電(dian)路(lu)和(he)液(ye)路(lu)上(shang)均(jun)形(xing)成(cheng)並(bing)聯(lian)關(guan)係(xi),構(gou)成(cheng)兩(liang)組(zu)均(jun)具(ju)有(you)相(xiang)同(tong)保(bao)護(hu)功(gong)能(neng)的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)組(zu)。工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi),一(yi)旦(dan)力(li)矩(ju)限(xian)製(zhi)器(qi)或(huo)限(xian)位(wei)開(kai)關(guan)發(fa)出(chu)電(dian)信(xin)號(hao),具(ju)備(bei)相(xiang)同(tong)作(zuo)用(yong)的(de)並(bing)聯(lian)卸(xie)荷(he)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)組(zu)就(jiu)會(hui)同(tong)時(shi)換(huan)向(xiang),確(que)保(bao)正(zheng)常(chang)卸(xie)荷(he),迅(xun)速(su)切(qie)斷(duan)主(zhu)油(you)路(lu),使(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)在(zai)超(chao)載(zai)或(huo)過(guo)仰(yang)等(deng)危(wei)險(xian)工(gong)況(kuang)下(xia)無(wu)法(fa)再(zai)繼(ji)續(xu)工(gong)作(zuo)。
改進後試驗,效果很好。在麵板指示燈報警的同時,超載作業或過仰作業均無法繼續進行,達到了安全保護的目的。
