(1)油(you)箱(xiang)蓋(gai)通(tong)氣(qi)孔(kong)此(ci)孔(kong)用(yong)來(lai)調(tiao)節(jie)氣(qi)壓(ya),以(yi)確(que)保(bao)油(you)箱(xiang)內(nei)外(wai)氣(qi)壓(ya)平(ping)衡(heng)。若(ruo)此(ci)孔(kong)阻(zu)塞(sai)不(bu)通(tong),就(jiu)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)油(you)箱(xiang)內(nei)形(xing)成(cheng)真(zhen)空(kong),從(cong)而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)輸(shu)油(you)泵(beng)吸(xi)油(you)不(bu)足(zu),使(shi)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)難以起動或功率下降。
(2)曲(qu)軸(zhou)箱(xiang)加(jia)油(you)口(kou)蓋(gai)通(tong)氣(qi)孔(kong)此(ci)孔(kong)用(yong)來(lai)排(pai)除(chu)竄(cuan)入(ru)曲(qu)軸(zhou)箱(xiang)內(nei)的(de)廢(fei)氣(qi)並(bing)起(qi)到(dao)散(san)熱(re)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。若(ruo)其(qi)嚴(yan)重(zhong)阻(zu)塞(sai),會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)曲(qu)軸(zhou)箱(xiang)壓(ya)力(li)和(he)溫(wen)度(du)過(guo)高(gao),機(ji)油(you)從(cong)油(you)底(di)殼(ke)密(mi)封(feng)墊(dian)或(huo)加(jia)油(you)口(kou)溢(yi)漏(lou),同(tong)時(shi)會(hui)使(shi)機(ji)油(you)變(bian)稀(xi)和(he)氧(yang)化(hua)變(bian)質(zhi)。

(4)驅動橋橋包上的通氣孔用來調節橋包內的氣壓,如果氣孔堵塞,將使體內氣壓升高,潤滑油從主減速器和半軸油封、襯墊等處泄漏從而造成齒輪潤滑缺油,加劇齒輪磨損。
(5)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)加(jia)液(ye)口(kou)蓋(gai)通(tong)氣(qi)孔(kong)用(yong)來(lai)調(tiao)節(jie)畜(chu)電(dian)池(chi)內(nei)部(bu)的(de)氣(qi)壓(ya)。蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),內(nei)部(bu)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)和(he)溫(wen)度(du)均(jun)會(hui)升(sheng)高(gao),如(ru)果(guo)該(gai)孔(kong)堵(du)塞(sai),將(jiang)影(ying)響(xiang)到(dao)畜(chu)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)充(chong)放(fang)電(dian)效(xiao)率(lv),甚(shen)至(zhi)引(yin)起(qi)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)爆(bao)炸(zha)。
(6)液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)傳(chuan)動(dong)箱(xiang)散(san)熱(re)孔(kong)主(zhu)要(yao)作(zuo)用(yong)是(shi)迅(xun)速(su)散(san)發(fa)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),保(bao)證(zheng)傳(chuan)動(dong)箱(xiang)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)不(bu)致(zhi)過(guo)快(kuai)升(sheng)高(gao)。如(ru)果(guo)此(ci)孔(kong)堵(du)塞(sai),將(jiang)導(dao)致(zhi)泵(beng)傳(chuan)動(dong)箱(xiang)過(guo)熱(re),加(jia)快(kuai)機(ji)油(you)變(bian)質(zhi),影(ying)響(xiang)傳(chuan)動(dong)箱(xiang)的(de)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)。
(7)變bian矩ju器qi殼ke體ti檢jian視shi孔kong用yong來lai排pai出chu變bian矩ju器qi工gong作zuo時shi產chan生sheng的de熱re量liang,同tong時shi還hai可ke用yong於yu觀guan察cha變bian矩ju器qi內nei的de油you封feng密mi封feng情qing況kuang。如ru果guo油you從cong此ci孔kong溢yi出chu,說shuo明ming油you封feng不bu嚴yan產chan生sheng漏lou油you,如ru果guo此ci孔kong堵du塞sai,將jiang導dao致zhi變bian矩ju器qi過guo熱re。
(8)發動機機體一側的放水孔用於排除氣缸體內的冷卻水。如果堵塞,就會使缸體內的冷卻水無法排出,在冬季往往容易造成機體凍裂。
(9)水泵殼體的檢視孔與放水孔檢視孔用來監視葉輪和殼體之間水封的工作情況;放(fang)水(shui)孔(kong)用(yong)來(lai)排(pai)除(chu)水(shui)泵(beng)停(ting)止(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)殼(ke)體(ti)內(nei)滯(zhi)留(liu)的(de)水(shui)。如(ru)果(guo)堵(du)塞(sai),就(jiu)會(hui)使(shi)這(zhe)些(xie)水(shui)無(wu)法(fa)排(pai)出(chu)而(er)進(jin)入(ru)軸(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)內(nei),從(cong)而(er)加(jia)速(su)軸(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)損(sun)壞(huai)。此(ci)外(wai),如(ru)果(guo)冬(dong)季(ji)排(pai)水(shui)不(bu)淨(jing),還(hai)可(ke)能(neng)凍(dong)壞(huai)水(shui)泵(beng)。
(10)機油冷卻器的放水孔用來排除冷卻器殼體內的水。由於此小孔位置較低,更易被忽視,若堵塞,容易造成機油冷卻器殼體凍裂。
