1.校平衡的目的

不平衡現象可分為靜不平衡和動不平衡兩種,因此,在校平衡時要兼校靜平衡和動平衡。
2.校平衡的方法

3.校平衡的注意事項
(1)校平衡時轉軸的兩端一定要放平。如兩端的軸徑不同時,應加套圈,使轉軸保持水平。
(2)如轉子帶有風扇時,需連同風扇一起校平衡。
(3)電動機在設計時都留有加衡鐵的位置,衡鐵一般可加在風葉、支架或壓圈上,可用螺栓、鉚接或燒焊等方式固定,應力求牢靠。
