(1)一般要求
超chao載zai保bao護hu裝zhuang置zhi的de動dong作zuo點dian是shi指zhi裝zhuang機ji條tiao件jian下xia,由you於yu裝zhuang置zhi的de超chao載zai防fang護hu作zuo用yong,使shi起qi重zhong機ji停ting止zhi向xiang不bu安an全quan方fang向xiang動dong作zuo時shi,起qi重zhong機ji的de實shi際ji起qi重zhong量liang。通tong常chang的de動dong作zuo點dian設she置zhi應ying考kao慮lv三san方fang麵mian的de因yin素su:
1〉應使起重機可以吊運額定載荷,不降低原有的起重能力。
2〉不應超過其動載試驗值〈110%額定起重量〉。
3〉應考慮超載保護裝置±5%的綜合誤差。一般設置在100%~105%額定起重量範圍內。
(2)考慮動載荷情況
起重機在正常作業中,物品突然離地起升或下降製動時,對承載結構將產生附加的動載荷作用。這一載荷作用可通過起升載荷乘以大於1的起升載荷動載係數&考慮。可見超載保護裝置動作點的設置必須考慮起重機正常工作中存在動載荷這一情況,避免誤動作。
我國目前超載保護裝置在該動作點的設置上采用了“延時斷電”defangfalaijiejueciwenti。yanshiduandianshizhidangzaihexinhaodadaosuoshezhidedongzuodianzaihexinhaoshi,zhuangzhijingyanshihuanjiepanduanhoudongzuo,tingzhiqizhongjixiangbuanquanfangxiangyunxing,danyunxuxianganquanfangxiangyunxing。yanshihuanjieyibancaiyongRCjifendianlu,huodanpianjitongguoruanjianlaichuli,yanshishijiangenjuqizhongjijiegoudezhendongqingkuangerding。duiyuqiaoshiqizhongji,edingzaihezuoyongyuzhuliangkuazhongshi,chuizhifangxiangdemanzaizizhenpinlv(鋼絲繩滑輪組)為2Hz≤f<4Hz。對於臂架式起重機,如門座式起重機,額定載荷作用於最大幅度時,滿載自振頻率為f≥1Hz。因此,延時時間一般取1-2s,以避開較大振動載荷。
根(gen)據(ju)理(li)論(lun)與(yu)實(shi)際(ji)檢(jian)測(ce),當(dang)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)吊(diao)運(yun)的(de)載(zai)荷(he)臨(lin)界(jie)於(yu)動(dong)作(zuo)點(dian)設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)時(shi),裝(zhuang)置(zhi)實(shi)現(xian)延(yan)時(shi)斷(duan)電(dian)功(gong)能(neng)。但(dan)由(you)於(yu)振(zhen)動(dong)不(bu)能(neng)完(wan)全(quan)消(xiao)除(chu),或(huo)由(you)於(yu)重(zhong)物(wu)左(zuo)右(you)晃(huang)動(dong)及(ji)信(xin)號(hao)受(shou)到(dao)幹(gan)擾(rao)等(deng)因(yin)素(su),將(jiang)可(ke)能(neng)出(chu)現(xian)載(zai)荷(he)信(xin)號(hao)低(di)於(yu)動(dong)作(zuo)點(dian)設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang),造(zao)成(cheng)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)觸(chu)點(dian)釋(shi)放(fang),從(cong)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)多(duo)次(ci)延(yan)時(shi)斷(duan)電(dian)。繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)觸(chu)點(dian)的(de)多(duo)次(ci)動(dong)作(zuo),將(jiang)造(zao)成(cheng)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)機(ji)構(gou)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)時(shi)開(kai)時(shi)停(ting),對(dui)結(jie)構(gou)產(chan)生(sheng)不(bu)利(li)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)影(ying)響(xiang),反(fan)而(er)增(zeng)加(jia)不(bu)安(an)全(quan)因(yin)素(su)。因(yin)此(ci),產(chan)品(pin)設(she)計(ji)時(shi)應(ying)使(shi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)延(yan)時(shi)斷(duan)電(dian)後(hou)一(yi)次(ci)性(xing)鎖(suo)定(ding),當(dang)載(zai)荷(he)信(xin)號(hao)降(jiang)至(zhi)某(mou)一(yi)信(xin)號(hao)值(zhi)(90%額定起重量以下為宜)時,才能恢複起重機各機構的正常運行。對於起重量限製器、起重機一般是將物品降至地麵;對於起重力矩限製器,起重機一般采用減小幅度的方法實現。
(3)考慮特殊載荷情況
起重機在實際作業中存在下述特殊情況:qizhongjisijizaiwucaozuoqingkuangxia,turanjiangkongzhishoubingzhiyuzuigaosududang,qishenggangsishengzaishouzaizhiqiandiaogoujiuyidadaolehengaosudu,yizhezhongsuduqishengwupinjiangyinqihendadechongjihezhendongzaihe;qizhongjizaidiaoyunzuoyeshi,kenengchuxiansuodiaowupinyuqitazhangaiwuguapeng,huowupinyudimiangujie,zaochengzaiheshunjianjuzeng,duiqizhongjizaochengjidadepohuai。shangshuliangzhongqingkuangjinyongyanshiduandianfangfaxianrandabudaobaohuzuoyong,yinciyaoqiuchanpinbixushezhilingwaidedongzuodian,zhejiushichanpinshejizhongtongchangsuocaiyongde“峰值斷電”方fang法fa。峰feng值zhi斷duan電dian是shi指zhi當dang載zai荷he信xin號hao達da到dao某mou一yi設she定ding峰feng值zhi載zai荷he信xin號hao時shi,無wu論lun是shi動dong載zai信xin號hao還hai是shi實shi際ji載zai荷he信xin號hao,裝zhuang置zhi可ke不bu經jing延yan時shi立li即ji動dong作zuo,停ting止zhi起qi重zhong機ji向xiang不bu安an全quan方fang向xiang運yun行xing,但dan允yun許xu起qi重zhong機ji向xiang安an全quan方fang向xiang運yun行xing。正zheng確que地di設she置zhi裝zhuang置zhi的de峰feng值zhi動dong作zuo點dian,需xu考kao慮lv起qi重zhong機ji的de類lei型xing、動載係數0、結構及零部件的強度、整機穩定性及實際工作中起重機的載荷組合情況,進行合理選擇。
