一、起升機構的組成
卷揚機起升機構是使重物作升降運動的機構,它是任何起重機必不可少和最主要最基本的機構。此次設計的電動5噸卷揚機是由電動機、連軸器、製動器、減速器、卷筒、導向滑輪、起升滑輪組、釣鉤等組成,其各方麵的機構分布可以參考如下圖13所示。

電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)正(zheng)轉(zhuan)或(huo)反(fan)轉(zhuan)時(shi),製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)鬆(song)開(kai),通(tong)過(guo)帶(dai)製(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)的(de)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)帶(dai)動(dong)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)高(gao)速(su)軸(zhou),經(jing)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)減(jian)速(su)後(hou)由(you)低(di)速(su)軸(zhou)帶(dai)動(dong)卷(juan)筒(tong)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan),使(shi)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)在(zai)卷(juan)筒(tong)上(shang)繞(rao)進(jin)或(huo)放(fang)出(chu),從(cong)而(er)使(shi)重(zhong)物(wu)起(qi)升(sheng)或(huo)下(xia)降(jiang)。電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)時(shi),依(yi)靠(kao)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)將(jiang)高(gao)速(su)軸(zhou)的(de)製(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)刹(sha)住(zhu),使(shi)懸(xuan)吊(diao)的(de)重(zhong)物(wu)停(ting)止(zhi)在(zai)空(kong)中(zhong)。根(gen)據(ju)需(xu)要(yao)起(qi)升(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)上(shang)還(hai)可(ke)裝(zhuang)設(she)各(ge)種(zhong)輔(fu)助(zhu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),如(ru)起(qi)重(zhong)量(liang)限(xian)製(zhi)器(qi)、起升高度限位器、速度限製器和鋼絲繩作多層卷繞時,使鋼絲繩順序排列在卷筒上的排繩裝置等。
B起升機構的典型傳動型式
在(zai)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)與(yu)卷(juan)筒(tong)之(zhi)間(jian)通(tong)常(chang)采(cai)用(yong)效(xiao)率(lv)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)起(qi)重(zhong)用(yong)標(biao)準(zhun)兩(liang)級(ji)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)。要(yao)求(qiu)低(di)速(su)時(shi)可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)三(san)級(ji)大(da)傳(chuan)動(dong)比(bi)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)。為(wei)便(bian)於(yu)安(an)裝(zhuang),在(zai)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)與(yu)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)之(zhi)間(jian)常(chang)采(cai)用(yong)具(ju)有(you)補(bu)償(chang)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)彈(dan)性(xing)柱(zhu)銷(xiao)連(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)或(huo)齒(chi)輪(lun)連(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。前(qian)者(zhe)構(gou)造(zao)簡(jian)單(dan)並(bing)能(neng)起(qi)緩(huan)衝(chong)作(zuo)用(yong),但(dan)彈(dan)性(xing)橡(xiang)膠(jiao)圈(quan)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)不(bu)長(chang);後(hou)者(zhe)堅(jian)固(gu)耐(nai)用(yong),應(ying)用(yong)最(zui)廣(guang)。齒(chi)輪(lun)連(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)壽(shou)命(ming)與(yu)安(an)裝(zhuang)質(zhi)量(liang)有(you)關(guan),並(bing)且(qie)需(xu)要(yao)經(jing)常(chang)潤(run)滑(hua)。一(yi)般(ban)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)都(dou)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)高(gao)速(su)軸(zhou)上(shang),這(zhe)樣(yang)所(suo)需(xu)要(yao)的(de)製(zhi)動(dong)力(li)矩(ju)小(xiao),相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)尺(chi)寸(cun)小(xiao),重(zhong)量(liang)輕(qing)。經(jing)常(chang)利(li)用(yong)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)一(yi)半(ban)兼(jian)作(zuo)製(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)。帶(dai)製(zhi)動(dong)輪(lun)的(de)半(ban)體(ti)應(ying)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)高(gao)速(su)軸(zhou)上(shang)。這(zhe)樣(yang),即(ji)使(shi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)被(bei)損(sun)壞(huai),製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)仍(reng)可(ke)把(ba)卷(juan)筒(tong)製(zhi)動(dong)住(zhu),以(yi)確(que)保(bao)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)安(an)全(quan)。
起qi升sheng機ji構gou的de製zhi動dong器qi必bi須xu采cai用yong常chang閉bi式shi的de。製zhi動dong力li矩ju應ying保bao證zheng有you足zu夠gou的de製zhi動dong安an全quan係xi數shu。在zai重zhong要yao的de起qi升sheng機ji構gou中zhong有you時shi設she兩liang個ge製zhi動dong器qi,而er第di二er個ge製zhi動dong器qi可ke安an裝zhuang在zai減jian速su器qi高gao速su軸zhou的de令ling一yi伸shen出chu端duan或huo裝zhuang設she在zai電dian動dong機ji的de尾wei部bu出chu軸zhou上shang。為wei使shi機ji構gou布bu置zhi方fang便bian並bing增zeng大da補bu償chang能neng力li,在zai電dian動dong機ji與yu減jian速su機ji之zhi間jian可ke用yong浮fu動dong軸zhou連lian接jie,浮fu動dong軸zhou的de兩liang端duan為wei半ban齒chi輪lun連lian軸zhou器qi。由you於yu卷juan筒tong與yu減jian速su器qi低di速su軸zhou之zhi間jian的de連lian接jie型xing式shi很hen多duo。本ben卷juan揚yang機ji的de卷juan筒tong與yu低di速su軸zhou的de連lian接jie為wei帶dai齒chi輪lun接jie盤pan的de結jie構gou型xing式shi,卷juan筒tong軸zhou左zuo端duan用yong自zi位wei軸zhou承cheng支zhi撐cheng於yu減jian速su器qi輸shu出chu軸zhou的de內nei腔qiang軸zhou承cheng座zuo中zhong,低di速su軸zhou的de外wai緣yuan製zhi成cheng外wai齒chi輪lun,它ta與yu固gu定ding在zai卷juan筒tong上shang的de帶dai內nei齒chi輪lun的de接jie盤pan相xiang齧nie合he,形xing成cheng一yi個ge齒chi輪lun連lian軸zhou器qi傳chuan遞di扭niu矩ju,並bing可ke以yi補bu償chang一yi定ding的de安an裝zhuang誤wu差cha。在zai齒chi輪lun聯lian軸zhou器qi外wai側ce,即ji靠kao近jin減jian速su器qi的de一yi側ce裝zhuang有you剖pou分fen式shi密mi封feng蓋gai,以yi防fang止zhi聯lian軸zhou器qi內nei的de潤run滑hua油you流liu出chu來lai和he外wai麵mian的de灰hui塵chen進jin入ru。這zhe種zhong連lian接jie型xing式shi的de優you點dian是shi結jie構gou緊jin湊cou,軸zhou向xiang尺chi寸cun小xiao,分fen組zu性xing好hao,能neng補bu償chang減jian速su器qi與yu卷juan筒tong軸zhou之zhi間jian的de安an裝zhuang誤wu差cha。如ru下xia圖tu14。

卷(juan)筒(tong)的(de)直(zhi)徑(jing)一(yi)般(ban)盡(jin)量(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)允(yun)許(xu)的(de)較(jiao)小(xiao)值(zhi),因(yin)為(wei)隨(sui)著(zhe)卷(juan)筒(tong)直(zhi)徑(jing)的(de)增(zeng)加(jia),扭(niu)矩(ju)和(he)減(jian)速(su)傳(chuan)動(dong)比(bi)也(ye)增(zeng)大(da),引(yin)起(qi)整(zheng)個(ge)機(ji)構(gou)龐(pang)大(da)。但(dan)在(zai)起(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)度(du)較(jiao)大(da)時(shi),往(wang)往(wang)用(yong)增(zeng)大(da)卷(juan)筒(tong)直(zhi)徑(jing)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)以(yi)減(jian)小(xiao)其(qi)長(chang)度(du).滑輪組型式(單聯或雙聯)hetadebeilvduiqishengjigoudechicunyeyouhendadeyingxiang。zaiqiaoshiqizhongjizhongcaiyongshuanglianhualunzu,yifangmianshijuantongliangzhichengshangdeshoulibubian,yejiushishiyunxingxiaocheliangbiandeguidaolunyabubian,zheduiqiaojiahexiaochechejiashoulishiyoulide;另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian)是(shi)使(shi)重(zhong)物(wu)在(zai)起(qi)升(sheng)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)不(bu)作(zuo)橫(heng)向(xiang)移(yi)動(dong)。但(dan)由(you)於(yu)雙(shuang)聯(lian)滑(hua)輪(lun)組(zu)的(de)倍(bei)率(lv)比(bi)單(dan)聯(lian)滑(hua)輪(lun)組(zu)小(xiao)一(yi)倍(bei),起(qi)升(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)傳(chuan)動(dong)比(bi)也(ye)需(xu)要(yao)增(zeng)大(da)一(yi)倍(bei),這(zhe)就(jiu)使(shi)機(ji)構(gou)尺(chi)寸(cun)增(zeng)大(da),所(suo)以(yi)其(qi)他(ta)的(de)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)采(cai)用(yong)單(dan)聯(lian)滑(hua)輪(lun)組(zu),此(ci)次(ci)設(she)計(ji)的(de)是(shi)5噸橋式起重機的卷揚機,因此選用雙聯滑輪組,如下圖15。

滑輪組的倍率的確定對鋼絲繩的拉力、卷筒直徑與長度、減jian速su機ji構gou的de傳chuan動dong比bi以yi及ji機ji構gou的de總zong體ti尺chi寸cun有you很hen大da的de影ying響xiang。大da起qi重zhong量liang采cai用yong較jiao大da的de倍bei率lv,可ke避bi免mian采cai用yong過guo粗cu的de鋼gang絲si繩sheng。有you時shi在zai采cai用yong較jiao大da的de滑hua輪lun組zu倍bei率lv的de同tong時shi相xiang應ying的de降jiang低di了le起qi升sheng速su度du的de方fang式shi來lai提ti高gao起qi重zhong量liang,可ke以yi使shi起qi升sheng機ji構gou達da到dao通tong用yong性xing,即ji將jiang同tong一yi起qi升sheng機ji構gou用yong於yu不bu同tong的de起qi重zhong量liang,這zhe是shi在zai係xi列lie設she計ji時shi常chang采cai用yong的de方fang法fa。
起升機構計算是在給定了設計參數,並將布置方案確定後進行的,通過計算選用機構中所需要的標準零部件,如電動機、製動器、減速器和聯軸器等。對於非標準零部件需進行單獨設計。此卷揚機設計提升載荷5噸,主要用於煉鋼廠5噸橋式起重機上,本卷揚機是利用煉鋼廠現有設備和材料拚湊而成,因此與標準的5噸卷揚機設計略有不同。
