柴(chai)油(you)機(ji)機(ji)油(you)變(bian)質(zhi)在(zai)日(ri)常(chang)中(zhong)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)很(hen)常(chang)見(jian)的(de)故(gu)障(zhang),但(dan)是(shi)如(ru)果(guo)沒(mei)有(you)及(ji)時(shi)發(fa)現(xian),會(hui)對(dui)柴(chai)油(you)機(ji)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)產(chan)生(sheng)影(ying)響(xiang),導(dao)致(zhi)不(bu)能(neng)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)。因(yin)此(ci)小(xiao)編(bian)根(gen)據(ju)多(duo)年(nian)柴(chai)油(you)機(ji)維(wei)修(xiu)經(jing)驗(yan)為(wei)您(nin)總(zong)結(jie)“柴油機機油變質5個原因”:
柴油機機油變質分析:
在正常使用情況下,由於柴油機油底殼內的機油與空氣接觸受熱,所以會逐漸被氧化。隨著油中的酸性物質、膠質、鐵屑、liqingzhimanmandizengduo,jiyoudeyansejianjianbianhei,zhanduzhujianxiajiang,yinerdaoleguidingdehuanyouqi,jiuyinggenghuanyicixinyou。youyumuqianshijiegeguoduihuanyouqibingwutongyiguiding,suoyixuanyongshenmepaihaoderunhuajiyou、何時更換,如何更換都應遵守廠方的規定。對於工程機械柴油機來說,實踐證明機油連續使用時間在400h以上時,更換一次新油為好。

柴油機機油變質5個原因分析:
1.柴油中混入水分,機油牌號使用不當,也會導致柴油機使用的機油早期變質。因此在選用時,隻能以高等級油品代替低等級油品。

調查發現,有的使用人員對曲軸箱通風的重要性認識不足。
以4135柴油機為例,在丟失了加機油的口蓋後,就用棉紗、破布堵塞,或者因為怕曲軸箱進灰,用塑料布包住機油加油口,結果必然導致從氣缸、活塞、活塞環漏出的廢氣竄人曲軸箱無法排出,以致使機油短期氧化變質。
3.漏裝機油濾清器密封墊圈以4125柴油機為例,機油粗濾清器密封墊圈的作用,是防止機油不經過濾,而直接進人主油道。它的位置應在內、外濾芯之間,以及外濾芯上端孔口外和內濾芯下端孔口外。如果此圈漏裝,即會導致機油很快變髒變質。
4.baoyangbudangzaiqingxiquzhouxiangdeguochengzhong,ruguojiyoulvqingqihuojiyoulengqueqiqingxibugouchedi,zechaiyoujizaijiaruxinjiyouhou,jishishiyongshijianzhiyoujigexiaoshiyehuibiandeyouzangyouhei。ciwai,ruojiyoulvqingqidelvxindusaihuoposuneryoubujishijiayiqingxihuogenghuan,yehuiyinlvqingnenglijianruoershijiyoubianzhi。

5.使(shi)用(yong)方(fang)法(fa)錯(cuo)誤(wu)在(zai)柴(chai)油(you)機(ji)的(de)運(yun)轉(zhuan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),若(ruo)機(ji)溫(wen)經(jing)常(chang)性(xing)過(guo)高(gao)或(huo)經(jing)常(chang)超(chao)載(zai)荷(he)運(yun)轉(zhuan)等(deng),均(jun)會(hui)促(cu)使(shi)機(ji)油(you)因(yin)油(you)溫(wen)過(guo)高(gao)而(er)氧(yang)化(hua)變(bian)質(zhi)。此(ci)外(wai),柴(chai)油(you)機(ji)若(ruo)在(zai)塵(chen)土(tu)飛(fei)揚(yang)處(chu)加(jia)機(ji)油(you)和(he)工(gong)作(zuo),也(ye)易(yi)導(dao)致(zhi)從(cong)空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)侵(qin)入(ru)機(ji)油(you)的(de)灰(hui)塵(chen)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo)。
